New Patients: We request that you check in for your appointment 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will enable our staff to input your patient information, secure your insurance benefits and allow our doctor to have sufficient information in our EHR to efficiently coordinate your care and service.
Running late? Not a problem. However, for the courtesy of our staff and other scheduled patients, we ask that you:
1: Call our office to make sure we can still accommodate you with a late arrival time.
2: Consider rescheduling a time when you and our staff will not be in a hurry and able to give you the time you need and deserve for your eye examination.
